Chicken Pizza


Chicken Pizza crust (store-bought or homemade) 1 bottle DeadEye BBQ Sauce Thinly sliced red onions Minced fresh cilantro Shredded cheese


Use a slow cooker to make the chicken. Place the chicken in the slow cooker, pour DeadEye BBQ Sauce over it, covering the chicken completely. Let it cook for 4 1/2 hours on low; then using 2 forks shred the chicken. Preheat the oven to 450°. Roll out the pizza dough and top with a thin layer of DeadEye’s BBQ Sauce, shredded chicken, red onions and cheese. Bake for about 12 minutes. Remove from oven, then top with fresh cilantro.
